Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. We provide multiple ways to delete your data from our platform.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • All connected Facebook/Instagram account data
  • All scheduled posts and drafts
  • All media assets stored in our system
  • All analytics and performance data
  • Authentication tokens and session data

How to Delete Your Data

You have three options to delete your data:

Option 1: Self-Service (Immediate)

Go to your Accounts page and disconnect all connected accounts. This will remove all associated data immediately.

Option 2: Delete Your Account

Send an email request to delete your entire account and all associated data.

Option 3: Facebook Data Deletion

You can also remove our app access from your Facebook settings at any time. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → SocialScheduler → Remove.

Data Retention

After you delete your data, we retain certain information for legitimate business purposes and legal compliance:

  • Transaction records (if applicable) - retained for 7 years
  • Server logs - retained for 30 days
  • Aggregated analytics data (anonymized) - retained indefinitely

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Facebook Compliance

In compliance with Facebook's Data Deletion Callback requirements, if you delete our app from your Facebook settings, we will automatically delete all data associated with your Facebook account within 48 hours.
