Quick Start Guide
Welcome to SocialScheduler! Follow these steps to get started:
- Sign in - Click "Sign in with Facebook" on the homepage
- Authorize - Grant permissions to connect your Facebook Pages
- Connect pages - Select which pages you want to manage
- Create content - Go to Compose to create your first post
- Schedule - Choose when to publish your content
Connecting Your Accounts
SocialScheduler requires specific permissions to post on your behalf:
- Email - To identify your account
- Pages - To access your Facebook Pages
- Instagram - To post to Instagram Business accounts
- Insights - To retrieve analytics data
Frequently Asked Questions
Q:How do I connect my Facebook Page?
Click the 'Connect Facebook' button on the login page or in your Accounts settings. You'll be redirected to Facebook to authorize our app with the necessary permissions.
Q:Can I post to multiple accounts at once?
Yes! When creating a post, you can select multiple connected accounts. The same content will be posted to each selected account.
Q:What image and video formats are supported?
We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP images. For videos, we support MP4, MOV, and AVI files up to 100MB.
Q:How do I cancel a scheduled post?
Go to your Calendar or Posts page, find the scheduled post, and click the cancel or delete button. You can also edit the post to reschedule it.
Q:Is my data secure?
Yes! All tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never store your credentials in plaintext and use industry-standard security practices.
Q:How do I delete my account?
Visit the Data Deletion page or send an email to deletion@socialscheduler.app. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
